The MTBI actively promotes the development and growth of new and innovative businesses through its structured mentoring programs.
The
program aims to:
- Create a suitable entrepreneurial climate for effective, ethical business development
- Identify startup business goals and develop appropriate strategies
- Analyse product markets, industry dynamics and external impacts
- Build viable business infrastructure in terms of people, systems and resources
- Connect businesses into the global business community
The MTBI provides its tenants with a range of value-added “soft infrastructure” business mentoring services, including:
- Regular meetings between tenants and business experts
- Seminars, conferences and exhibitions
- Experienced coaching and counselling
- Business advice and assistance by experienced business mentors and coaches
- Networking opportunities
- Connections with professionals with a broad range of business experience
- Development of multi-member advisory boards to build up corporate structure
- Academic and research access to MGSM and Macquarie International
