Flexible tenancy agreements are available – Tenants can start with as little as one work station and grow up to an 80 sqm office.
FACILITIES
The incubator and Access MQ are located side-by-side on the same floor in the Dow Corning building in the Macquarie Research Park. The building is only 5 years old and facilities include:
- 1000 sqm in Macquarie Research Park
- Office space (accomodation) for up to 15 – 20 tenants (65 – 80 people) starting as small as a one person office
- 10 sqm office through to 200+ sqm spaces
- Reception area and lunchroom
- Meeting rooms, Board rooms, Conference rooms, Training rooms
- Chemistry laboratory
- Biotechnology laboratory
- Parking
