Service packages have been developed to maximize services for tenants
and minimize cost. These packages include:
Starter
Pack (mandatory)
The mandatory Starter Pack includes accommodation, accommodation services,
ICT, professional service templates and checklists—all the basic
requirements to start a business.
Entrepreneur
The Entrepreneur Pack includes accommodation, accommodation services,
ICT, professional service templates and checklists as well as 10 hours
per month of professional services (accounting, legal, HR, marketing
and commercialisation). It provides the entrepreneur with value-added
services to propel the start-up business forward.
Business Guru
The Business Guru Pack includes a true collaborative environment with
access to 20 hours per month of professional business expertise as well
as 10 hours of premium services, including management and board reporting,
their own outsourced marketing department, fund raising and business introductions.
Additional services and benefits
Regular specialised education and networking programs with a special
emphasis on developing the entrepreneur are available to Incubator
tenants - through our unique relationship with Macquarie University.
The Incubator can also provide access to the University’s Internship
program which takes the top 10 per cent of business students studying
for MBAs and Masters Degrees from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management
and Macquarie International. The program provides businesses with access to
one of these students free of charge to work on specific projects over
a semester.
Flexible service packages
Flexible service packages are also offered by negotiation with the MTBI Director in accordance with Access MQ services.
